刘璐

刘璐,博士,硕士研究生导师。主要从事动物脂肪代谢与肌肉发育调控机制研究,研究方向聚焦优质高效畜禽新品种培育、肉品质改良以及天然化合物开发与应用。主持国家级、省部级等科研部项目6项,以第一/通讯(含共同)在JASB等期刊发表论文13篇,参编著作2部,担任《Current Protein & Peptide Science》期刊编委。指导本科生获得国家级及省级学科竞赛奖励9项。
