崔艳军

博士/副教授

崔艳军,博士,硕士研究生导师。主要从事动物应激生理和肠道黏膜免疫研究,以猪热应激、氧化应激、免疫应激及内质网应激为模型,利用多组学研究及生理验证,揭示应激对肠道屏障、肠道黏膜免疫及肠道微生物影响的作用机制,开发缓解动物应激的营养素和调节肠道免疫的功能益生菌。在The journal of nutrition、Journal of agricultural and food chemistry、Journal of cellular physiology等国际和国内期刊发表学术论文18篇,第一(含共一)作者发表SCI论文9篇,主持国家和省部级科研项目等6项。
